As a licensed Real Estate Salesperson since 2013, Jim brings 35 years of Historic House Restoration experience and hands on understanding of every aspect of a house. This experience transfers into establishing value, negotiating and dealing with inspections issues in the home buying and selling process. That is the house.

Then there is the contract: negotiating, listening and managing the people involved in moving a contract forward to closing. I am committed to finding a comfortable working relationship with each
